We need your help to take care of many aspects of our temple. If you have few hours of spare time and would like to help your temple, your assistance is always welcome.

Get involved at Board Level
if you wish to serve on the board of the HTNEW, please approach any of the board members. You MUST qualify to be on the board and there should be a vacancy. All appointments are made based on temple by laws.
Get involved with a committee
To serve HTNEW better, various committees have been formed headed by one committee chair. You can serve on any committee as you feel appropriate. These committees are:
- Fundraising Committee
- Religious Committee
- Cultural program Committee
- Youth/Children Committee
- Communications Committee (IT, Social Media, Print, Electronic)
- Property Maintenance/Repair Committee
- Volunteers Committee
- Food and Kitchen Services Committee
Conduct/Help in various temple classes
HTNEW organizes various classes for kids and adults. You can conduct these classes or help in any of the existing classes. Some examples of these classes include Hindi classes, various dance classes, Yoga classes, Balgokulam, Gita classes, etc.
Become a Food Volunteer
On all major events, food is cooked and served at the temple. We need volunteers to cook, arrange cafeteria, serve food, clean kitchen and provide help in buying needed groceries etc.
Become an Event Volunteer
During each event at the temple, we need volunteers to help with various event logistics such as preparing puja bags, decoration, temple hall cleaning, donation collection etc.
